Privacy policy
In short
- No account: no name, no email, no phone number.
- No location tracking, no targeted advertising, no audience measurement.
- Your favourites stay on your phone.
What we process
- Notification identifier, only if you accept notifications: it is used to send you the evening one. It stops being used when you turn notifications off or uninstall the app, and it is deleted on request.
- IP address: our hosting providers see it when the app loads the programme, and keep it for a few days in their technical logs.
Service providers
This data may be processed outside Switzerland, in particular in the European Union and the United States, by the services that run the app: Railway (server), Expo, Google and Apple (notifications), Google Maps (maps and venue photos), Cloudflare (this website).

Your rights
Write to us at [email protected] to find out what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
Deleting your data
MyGeneva has no accounts: the only data linked to your phone on our servers is the notification identifier.
- Right away, from your phone: turn off MyGeneva's notifications in your settings, or uninstall the app. The identifier then stops being used. Uninstalling also erases your favourites, which only live on the phone.
- On request: write to [email protected] with the subject "Deletion". We erase the notification identifier within 30 days. As it is not tied to any name, we erase along with it every identifier that no longer receives notifications.
- What remains: nothing about you. The IP addresses recorded by our hosting providers in their technical logs are erased on their own after a few days.
